- + Where is my order shipped from?
Fulfillment of orders occurs from more than one geographic location, depending on the item ordered. For orders shipped from the USA, USPS is the default shipper.
- + What are the rates?
From our locations in the USA we provide free USPS Priority 2-3 Day shipping to anywhere in the continental USA on orders of $50.00 or more. If your order is shipped from one of our Caribbean locations, your order will be shipped via USPS and has the same free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more, or shipped FedEx Priority on orders of $500.00 or more.
- + Duties:
In no way is Jewels responsible for any Duties or Customs fees, however if your order incurs duties, Little Switzerland agrees to reimburse up to 6% of customs duties based on the purchase price on shipments to the continental USA from our Caribbean locations. For customs duty refund claims please contact Client Services at (888) 527-4473 or write email@example.com and provide a copy of the paid customs bill along with your purchase information within two weeks of date of shipment.
- + Order Acknowledgment:
You will receive an email order acknowledgment from Jewels online store immediately after order is placed. You will also receive an email with the order tracking information when your item(s) ships.
- + Need it faster?
In the event that you need your order to arrive faster, we offer upgrades for a minimal fee.
- + Signature Requirements:
For your security we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have.
- + Delivery Restrictions:
All orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address used for the purchase. If you need a shipment sent to any other location than the registered billing address, please contact your bank and have them add an alternate ship to address before processing your order.
